About the Role

Civica UK Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Electoral Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our electoral services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that all queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a high level of service and ensuring that all queries are resolved promptly.
  • Incident Management: Log and answer incidents and queries received by phone and email, ensuring that all issues are resolved within the agreed service level agreement.
  • Communication: Maintain good communication lines with customers, keeping them updated on the status of their support case.
  • Reporting: Identify key themes or topics reported to the support desk and provide feedback to the Support Manager.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience of using electoral management software is highly desirable, as is experience in electoral administration and customer service.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Problem-Solving: A passion for problem-solving and a ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
