The Role

We are seeking a new Office Administrator to provide administrative support services to the firm, reporting to the Office Manager. The successful candidate will work within the administration team, responsible for the presentation of meeting spaces, supply of the office, and supporting the Office Manager and Senior Administrator in the effective running of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure meeting spaces are fully stocked and prepared for meetings, including water, coffee, and tea, heating and cooling, and equipment.
  • Maintain stock of the kitchen and stationery.
  • Collect the firm's post and DX box regularly.
  • Arrange couriers and taxis.
  • Assist fee earners with secure file sharing.
  • Organize team lunches and birthdays.
  • Receive phone calls and welcome visitors to the meeting room.
  • Assist the Senior Administrator in maintaining the database of contacts.
  • Manage the firm's central diary, including allocating meeting rooms and arranging Zoom meetings.
  • Assist with new joiners and leavers, arranging keys, lockers, photos, and contact details.

Location

The role is based in the office at 1 Ely Place, EC1N 6RY.

Requirements

Experience working in an office environment is preferred. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Salary

The salary for this role is between £30,000 and £35,000 annually, depending on experience.
