Altus Group has a new opportunity for a Purchasing Coordinator to join our global procurement team. This is an exciting time to join Altus as we enhance our capabilities with global sourcing and transform the procurement function into a best-in-class service.

The role of Purchasing Coordinator is a critical part of the procurement function, providing support across the business. The role will be responsible for undertaking all types of purchasing activities, including source to pay functions, and identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve the value of operational procurement. You will support driving best value from the supplier base across various spend areas. This is a great opportunity to leverage your skills and expertise to drive efficiencies and innovation in our procurement process.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Process RFI, RFQ, RFP & evaluate responses to identify best product & price at the right time.
- Leverage the opportunity for cost reduction in renewal of contracts.
- Trigger Contracts & Agreement for renewal of products and services to perform timely renewals.
- Review monthly open PO reports to action for closing. Follow-up with the vendor to expedite outstanding orders, closing POs that have been received and paid.
- Maintain up to date records and documents in the information systems on orders and services.
- Build strong internal & external relationships with key stakeholders & suppliers.
- Support senior manager with operational procurement as and when required.
- Provide sourcing guidance across business, in alignment with procurement policy and processes.

**Key Requirements**
- 2+ years ‘experience in procurement function or a related role.
- Detail oriented and organised with ability to effectively manage time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite Products, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & Adobe.
- Willingness to learn, develop and get things done.
- Knowledge of Procure to Pay Life cycle, Information Management, ServiceNow/ ITSM or Workday procurement is desirable but not essential.
- Fluency in French would add value to the Procurement team but it’s not essential.
