About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team at Baxendale Mason Ltd's 4-star hotel in the heart of the Cotswolds.

The hotel boasts a 2 AA Rosette Restaurant and has a fabulous reputation for the quality of its food and its warm hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and development
  • Manage the Pastry section, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient service
  • Develop and implement new pastry recipes and ideas

Benefits:

  • Excellent salary of up to £38,000 per annum
  • Tips of approximately £3,000 per annum
  • Work 5 days out of 7
  • Discounted or free meals on duty
  • 28 days holiday

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a similar hotel setting
