About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Buckland Manor, a 4 AA red star hotel in the Cotswolds. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading from the front and driving culinary excellence in our busy hotel kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and culinary concepts
  • Lead and motivate a team of chefs to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and stock control
  • Collaborate with the hotel's management team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
