  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Familiarity with aerospace production techniques and materials is advantageous.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • The Quality Assurance Engineer is vital in the Aerospace and Defense sector, ensuring that all products and processes adhere to the highest quality benchmarks.
  • In this role, you will be tasked with identifying, documenting, and addressing any quality issues that may emerge during the production process. You will collaborate closely with various teams to investigate and analyze quality reports, formulate corrective measures, and implement effective solutions to avert future issues.
  • Conduct comprehensive investigations into quality issues, including root cause analysis and failure mode assessments.
  • Work in partnership with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to devise and execute corrective measures.
  • Oversee and monitor the implementation of corrective actions, ensuring timely execution and effectiveness.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to resolve quality issues and enhance overall product excellence.
  • Maintain precise documentation of quality reports, investigations, and corrective actions.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at refining production processes and minimizing quality issues.
  • Analyze and investigate quality concerns in products, processes, and systems.
  • Identify underlying causes of quality issues and develop effective corrective strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to quality issues, including reports and records.
  • Offer technical guidance and expertise to internal teams regarding quality matters.
  • Continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions and implement necessary improvements.
