Position: Quality Assurance Manager

Compensation: £47,000 - £52,000

Key Responsibilities

In the role of Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal part in formulating the quality strategy and ensuring superior performance across all production processes. Your primary duties will encompass:

Establish Quality Guidelines: Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols that are in line with the organization's objectives.

Oversee Quality Frameworks: Manage the Quality Management System (QMS) to guarantee adherence to industry benchmarks.

Direct the Quality Division: Offer guidance, training, and support to the quality assurance and control teams.

Evaluate and Address Concerns: Supervise product evaluations, rectify defects, and efficiently manage customer grievances.

Record and Analyze: Ensure precise documentation of quality procedures and generate reports on quality metrics.

Boost Customer Contentment: Assess customer feedback, manage quality-related challenges, and implement enhancements based on insights.
