Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Services Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in overseeing and assisting every aspect of nursing care and activities within our care homes. You will be responsible for creating and updating individual care plans for our residents, maintaining clear and accurate medication records, and providing valuable support and guidance to our care teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee and assist with all aspects of nursing care and activities within our care homes.
  • Create and update individual care plans for our residents, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medication records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide valuable support and guidance to our care teams, including coaching and mentoring to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners within the community, including healthcare professionals and local authorities.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained within our care homes through efficient management of staff rotas.
  • Provide cover out of hours, as required, to ensure continuity of care.

Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and experience:

  • Degree in Nursing and UK NMC Pin Qualified.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in person-centred care planning and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and external partners.
  • A commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding professional development.
