As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of dental care services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of dental nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with clinical directors and other stakeholders to develop and implement service improvement initiatives
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to dental nurses to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality patient care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of infection control policies and procedures
- Work closely with the clinical director and assistant clinical director to ensure the smooth operation of the Community Dental Service
- Registration as a Dental Nurse with the General Dental Council
- Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures and infection control protocols
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of NHS Commissioning and CQC framework
