About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Team Leader to join our team at Aster Group. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a dedicated team of caring professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services.
  • Work closely with the Home Manager to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulations, and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Proven experience of working in a residential care setting, with a focus on leadership and team management.
  • Excellent understanding of dementia and its impact on individuals.
  • Knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
