We're seeking a skilled Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service at our Premier Inn in Bath. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Process payments, handle guest inquiries, and maintain accurate records.
