Job Title: EMEA Human Resources Business Partner

Oakleaf Partnership is representing a global Financial Services organisation with a great reputation for looking after employees. This organisation is looking for an interim HRBP to partner with senior management and provide advice across the employee spectrum including Org Design, Talent, Succession planning, Reward, Change Management and ER.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver a People Plan, aligned to the business and people strategy.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the senior management teams and get involved in the entire employee life cycle.
  • Drive the HR strategy, business performance, people capability and engagement as well as managing complex HR issues.
  • Support, coach, advise and influence business leaders to increase engagement and performance.
  • Identify capability needs, workforce planning, job evaluation, drive collaboration and diverse working styles promoting more progressive ways of working.
  • Mitigate operational risk, talent management, succession planning and develop diverse talent.
  • Drive the annual salary and bonus review, prepare MI reports, provide analysis and insights as required and handle the diversity, inclusion, wellbeing and conduct agenda.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of HR business partnering, strong communication, influencing, stakeholder management skills and strong decision making skills.
  • High level of IT Literacy including Excel.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to influence different business areas and management levels.
  • Demonstrate commerciality and a strong knowledge of current UK employment law, and some knowledge of employment law across EMEA.
  • A motivated self-starter with the ability to adapt to different business needs.

This is an interim contract for 12 months with a day rate of between £600 to £700/day. The role involves hybrid working.
