**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional care services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our services and maintaining the highest standards of care.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate a team of professionals to deliver person-centered care services.
- Manage staff inductions, training, and development to ensure top-notch service delivery.
- Investigate complaints, safeguarding issues, and manage incidents and accident reports.
- Conduct spot checks, supervisions, and annual appraisals to maintain quality and compliance.
- Complete and review support plans and risk assessments to meet individual needs.
- Manage referrals from initial assessment to contract start date, ensuring a seamless process.
- Work closely with the Office Manager to ensure accurate rota planning and coverage.
- Participate in an on-call rota to provide 24/7 support for our services.
**Requirements**
- Strong background in Health and Social Care, particularly in working with people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional care services.
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and empower a team.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on maintaining quality and compliance.
- High standard of verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of GDPR, Equality and Diversity, and The Mental Capacity Act.
- Willingness to work towards a formal QCF qualification.
