About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management and Procurement Specialist to join our finance team at Transform Housing & Support. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the financial activities and procurement processes of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial transactions and ensure accurate recording
  • Prepare financial reports on time and in accordance with organizational policies
  • Conduct purchasing activities in accordance with organizational policies and best practices
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure efficient financial management and procurement of goods and services
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and procurement processes
  • Familiarity with housing association regulations and compliance requirements is an advantage
  • At least 3 years of experience in a finance or procurement role, preferably within a housing association, non-profit, or public sector environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data
  • Excellent communication skills
