We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Specialist to join our finance team at Transform Housing & Support. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the financial activities and procurement processes of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage financial transactions and ensure accurate recording
- Prepare financial reports on time and in accordance with organizational policies
- Conduct purchasing activities in accordance with best practices and organizational policies
- Work closely with various departments to ensure efficient financial management and procurement of goods and services
- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and procurement processes
- Familiarity with housing association regulations and compliance requirements is an advantage
- At least 3 years of experience in a finance or procurement role, preferably within a housing association, non-profit, or public sector environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and communicate effectively
- 28 days annual leave per annum, plus bank holidays and one wellbeing day each year
- The opportunity to buy or sell up to five days annual leave per holiday year
