Job Summary

Transform Housing & Support is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance and Purchases Officer to join our finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the financial activities and procurement processes of Transform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage financial transactions, ensure accurate recording, and prepare financial reports on time.
  • Conduct purchasing activities in accordance with the organisation's policies and best practices.
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure efficient financial management and procurement of goods and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and procurement processes.
  • Familiarity with housing association regulations and compliance requirements is an advantage.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a finance or procurement role, preferably within a housing association, non-profit, or public sector environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and be an able communicator.
