Job Summary:

Tpfrecruitment, a leading accountancy practice recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to work closely with the Partner. The ideal candidate will be a qualified professional with strong technical skills and a proven track record in managing client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review statutory accounts and management accounts for clients.
  • Assist clients with Personal and Corporation Tax returns and compliance.
  • Oversee the work of the Bookkeeping team and junior staff, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide business advisory services to clients, including financial planning and analysis.
  • Onboard new clients and develop strong relationships with existing ones.
  • Utilize accounting software, including Iris, Sage 50, Xero, and QuickBooks, to manage client accounts.

Requirements:

  • Preferably qualified ACA/ACCA or by experience.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in an accountancy practice, with a focus on senior management roles.
  • Proven experience in preparing and reviewing accounts and tax returns.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
