Key Responsibilities
  1. Work with Brand Managers to capture key campaign objectives and define top priorities
  2. Handle key assigned accounts and develop solid business relationships with brand partners through regular and proactive contact
  3. Brief the thought leadership team on campaign objectives and capture departmental requirements and deliverables
  4. Aid in assigning key actions across all products, marketing, and retail teams and ensure delivery owners are assigned
  5. Pre-define proposal completion deadlines with all leaders
  6. Deliver kick-starter processes alongside departmental heads across Design, Digital Marketing, Retail Marketing, and Local teams
  7. Provide weekly updates on campaign status and be transparent about bottlenecks and risks
  8. Manage the curation and production of retrospectives and campaign teardowns
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills - ability to align and engage with key stakeholders, including internal teams, 3rd party brands, athletes, and talent
  • Good organisational skills with an eye for detail
  • Good time-keeping and administrative skills
  • Good budgetary skills - ability to work within set brand budgets and track expenditure throughout the campaign life cycle
  • Awareness of social media platforms
  • Creative ideas on ways to engage consumers
