Management Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our finance team at Craft Distilling Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing and analyzing monthly management accounts, supervising month-end and year-end closing procedures, and coordinating with external auditors.
Key Responsibilities- Production and analysis of monthly management accounts, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements
- Supervision of month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring accurate recording and timely reconciliation of financial transactions
- Coordination with external auditors during statutory audits, providing required documentation and explanations
- Compilation and analysis of financial data, identifying trends and delivering managerial insights
- Inventory management and reconciliation, costing, and creation of items on our ERP system
- Direct management of two finance assistants, involving training and review
- Experience working in a similar role for a group/conglomerate, with experience mentoring junior members of staff
- Experience with CT/VAT/GST reporting, multi-currency reporting, and commercial and operational understanding of the manufacturing industry
- Auditing, payroll, and ACA/ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified, Finalist, or Newly Qualified
- Oracle NetSuite ERP systems and Excel skills
