Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the creation and management of content for various social media channels, ensuring that posts are engaging and informative, aligning with the mission and values of the Social Care sector.
2. Collaborate with colleagues to devise innovative communication strategies and campaigns that effectively highlight the objectives and services of the Social Care initiative.
3. Monitor social media interactions, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner to ensure excellent customer service.
4. Support the planning and execution of both virtual and in-person events, including logistics coordination and promoting participation through diverse channels.
5. Contribute to the production of compelling written and visual materials for newsletters, brochures, and other communication assets.
6. Conduct research to gather insights on social media trends, best practices, and audience preferences to enhance communication strategies.
7. Assist with administrative duties, including database management, report preparation, and meeting organization.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong proficiency in social media platforms and strategies, with a proven ability to create captivating content that fosters audience engagement and brand recognition.
- Excellent customer service abilities, capable of interacting effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to tailor messages for various audiences and platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
