Ambulatory Care and Endoscopy Department Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Endoscopy and Minor Operations Lead to join our team at Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and assisting in the management and organisation of care provision within the Endoscopy department.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the Endoscopy and Ambulatory Care team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Care Provision: Support the management and organisation of care provision within the Endoscopy department, ensuring that patients receive excellent care throughout their journey.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure that the Endoscopy department operates in accordance with Nuffield Health's quality and safety standards, including JAG accreditation.
- Team Management: Manage a team of registered practitioners, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Induction and Training: Responsible for monitoring induction books and sign-off for new starters, ensuring that they receive comprehensive training and support.
- Incident Investigation: Investigate incidents within the Endoscopy department, ensuring that root causes are identified and corrective actions are taken.
- Experience: Two years or more experience in an endoscopy setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
- Registration: NMC or HCPC registration, with a valid practicing certificate.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
