Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our internal users, ensuring the smooth operation of our desktop environment, and contributing to the overall success of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and configure desktop operating systems, primarily Windows and macOS.
  • Deploy applications using Intune.
  • Manage the lifecycle of all IT assets, including laptops, mobile devices, and monitors.
  • Provide comprehensive support to internal users for a wide range of technical issues, from basic troubleshooting to more complex queries.
  • Effectively manage ticket queues, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
  • Participate in the development and testing of new services, upgrades, and patch releases.
  • Offer technical guidance and support to other departments within the organization.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting processes and solutions.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant industry standards, such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and ISO 9001.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Windows Server management, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
  • Possess a working knowledge of virtualization, remote desktop, and remote applications.

  • Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer with a focus on desktop environments.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems, hardware, and software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
