About the Role

CDD Services (Synchronicity Care Ltd) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Domestic Services team as a Domestic Services Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out specific cleaning and related duties following set procedures and standards to maintain the levels of cleanliness throughout the environment.
  • Work as part of a team and have the ability to use a degree of initiative to prioritise and organise the daily duties, whilst maintaining a professional approach at all times.
  • Ensure that communication channels are maintained between appropriate staff, visitors, and patient groups with regard to departmental cleaning hygiene.
  • Be flexible to the needs of the service ensuring that a continuity of service is maintained whilst adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Have the ability to work unsupervised, be caring, flexible, and reliable, and have good levels of personal hygiene.
Requirements
  • A reasonable secondary education.
  • A basic understanding of Health & Safety issues and COSHH.
  • Previous experience as a domestic housekeeper.
  • Experience of working in a multi-professional team.
