We are seeking a qualified M&E Project Operations Manager to oversee both minor and major works across a variety of building Mechanical & Electrical maintenance projects for diverse clients and social housing contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of minor and major works operations related to Mechanical & Electrical maintenance for various clients and contracts.
  • Ensure comprehensive supply chain management to deliver effective services that align with business goals and fulfill client requirements.
  • Supervise approved contractors to meet service demands, including procurement, commissioning, and management in accordance with company policies and contractual obligations.
  • Enhance the efficiency and output of repair and maintenance services, fostering a positive reputation with clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accuracy in cost reporting for projects and risk events, ensuring effective recovery of all incurred claims and costs.
  • Conduct thorough work-in-progress assessments, health and safety inspections, and respond appropriately to findings. Provide timely and precise reports on all project aspects, including monthly statistical and qualitative data regarding service performance and budget adherence.
  • Stay informed about advancements in contract management practices and legislative changes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Innovate new solutions and delivery models aimed at improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote and cultivate a positive culture of health, safety, and wellbeing management across all operational facets.
