This essential executive position will collaborate closely with the owners and other senior management to deliver comprehensive financial oversight, management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure robust financial governance to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiencies, thereby achieving strategic objectives.
  • Provide insightful guidance and advice on financial practices, ensuring adherence to relevant legislation and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present financial reports for the Owners, Directors, and other critical stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Experience in managing acquisitions and business integration is a plus.
