We are currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist to enhance our dynamic team. This role is essential in demonstrating a comprehensive range of machinery from renowned brands such as John Deere and Kramer to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the delivery and installation of machinery.
  • Organize and maintain the equipment in the yard.
  • Prepare machines for demonstrations and events.
  • Participate in trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possession of a full UK driving license.
  • Familiarity with agricultural machinery and GPS technology.
  • Proficient in operating and configuring machinery.
  • Understanding of agricultural practices.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.
  • Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor consistently.
  • Ability to engage with customers and foster relationships that lead to a positive experience.

This full-time position encompasses 42.5 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime as required. Our new depot operates six days a week, with Saturday shifts on a rotational basis.
