Role Overview

Your main duty will be to meet sales objectives, provide outstanding customer experiences, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Continuously improve your product knowledge and maintain the brand's reputation through professional behavior and excellent customer service.

  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and legal standards
  • Participate in ongoing training to remain informed about market developments
  • Complete Guest Experience Foundation training proactively
  • Maintain high standards of appearance and professionalism
  • Assist customers through the sales process effectively
  • Follow procedures to ensure accuracy in documentation and security

Work Schedule

This is a full-time role with a rotation of weekday and weekend shifts:

  • Monday - Friday: 08:30 - 18:00 (1 day off during the week)
  • Saturday: 08:30 - 17:30
  • Sunday: 10:30 - 16:00 (on a rotational basis)

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Valid UK Driving Licence
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous Experience in Sales or Customer Service
  • Strong Communication and Organizational Skills
  • Commitment to Providing Exceptional Customer Experiences
  • Positive and Respectful Attitude Towards Customers and Team Members
