Job Overview

Meridian Business Support is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join their team in the automotive industry. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling prestige vehicles and products to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell prestige vehicles and products to customers, responding to their inquiries and providing guidance on our wide range of stock and product options.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of different cars, their features, and characteristics, including specification, engine size, mileage, fuel usability, and colors.
  • Negotiation and Closing Sales: Negotiate and conclude sales, completing all necessary paperwork and documentation.
  • Order and Preparation Management: Monitor and manage all aspects of the vehicle order and preparation, from initial inquiry to delivery.
Requirements
  • Professional Qualifications: A minimum of three years sales experience and a current and valid UK driver's license.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the automotive industry and technical aspects of vehicles and ownership.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Business Acumen: Good knowledge of financing and insurance products, with the ability to provide customers with informed advice.
Benefits
  • Competitive Salary: £25,000 per annum, plus bonus (OTE £100k) and car allowance.
  • Flexible Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6.30pm, with one day off in the week, and alternate Saturdays and Sundays.
