Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Gordon Yates Recruitment Consultancy. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our projects, including data management, office administration, and financial processing.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Data Management: Organize and oversee the collection of data from services, including registering new services and supporting them to use the online data collection portal.
  2. Administrative Support: Carry out office administration that supports the work of the projects, such as travel bookings, printing, stationery orders, mail outs, etc.
  3. Financial Processing: Process financial paperwork, such as expense claims, invoices, and payments from member services, liaising with the finance department as required.
  4. Communication: Keep the project(s) webpages and discussion groups up to date and use the College's social media to help promote and disseminate the work of the project.
  5. Technical Skills: Excellent skills in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Office365) and internet use.
  6. Education: Helpful if a graduate in social sciences, health sciences, or a similar discipline.
