Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Clinical Fellow in General Surgery to join our friendly and supportive general surgery team at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust. This is an ideal opportunity for surgeons who are planning an application for a national ST3 post, with many previous post-holders having successfully progressed into ST3 national training numbers.

Main Duties

The successful candidate will support in theatres, ward cover, HOT, on-calls, and clinics. There are ample training opportunities, with Trust grade registrars allocated a consultant educational and clinical supervisor in a similar manner to Deanery trainees. This ensures that opportunities for training are similar for both trust grade registrars and Deanery trainees.
