We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Children's Adventure Care Worker to join our team at Esland. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to work with children who require immediate intervention and trauma-informed, therapeutic support. Our Moorlands Cottage service provides a safe and nurturing environment for our young people to thrive, with a focus on education, outdoor activities, and personal development.

Essential Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a children's residential care home
  • A Level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare, or at least 50% complete
  • A full driving license issued in the UK
  • A keen interest in outdoor and adventure activities
  • Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations, and best practice
  • Values aligned with Esland's, including a therapeutic and person-centered approach to childcare
  • Age 21 or above, due to industry regulations
