We are seeking a highly skilled Maths and English Tutor to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a 1:1 tutor, you will work with students of all ages, from primary to GCSE level, providing tailored educational support to help them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, 1:1 tuition to students in their homes or public spaces, such as libraries or community centres.
- Develop and implement personalized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications.
- Have experience working with students with SEN/SEMH needs or as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant.
- Be able to manage and implement a range of behaviour strategies to support students with challenging needs.
- Competitive hourly rate of £25-£30, paid weekly.
- Flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at times that suit you.
- Access to free safeguarding and CPD courses, as well as free assessment tools and resources.
