We are seeking a dedicated Maths and English Tutor/Teacher to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Tutor/Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students who require additional support.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to providing high-quality educational services. You will work with students of various ages and abilities, providing tailored support to help them achieve their academic goals.

Your role will involve working with students who may have special educational needs (SEN), social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, or be looked after (LAC). You will provide educational sessions face-to-face with students at their homes or in public spaces, such as libraries or community centres.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing educational plans tailored to the needs of each student
  • Providing support and guidance to students in Maths and English
  • Building effective relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience working with students with SEN, SEMH needs, or LAC
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
