About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at the National Autistic Society. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to autistic individuals in our residential services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals in achieving independence and personal goals
  • Support and transport individuals to integrate into their community
  • Develop individuals' home-making skills and personal chores
  • Transform lives and achieve results for autistic adults
Requirements
  • Resilient and supportive approach towards autistic individuals
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Enhanced DBS Check (preferably on the Update Service or conducted within the last 12 months)
