About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Technical Support Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front-line interaction with customers, troubleshooting and resolving incoming support issues
  • Work closely with internal teams to effectively onboard customers and provide stellar customer experience
  • Investigate, document, and resolve customer-reported issues effectively and efficiently
  • Escalate any issues that require urgent attention
  • Conduct product testing and provide administrative tasks involving postal services, hardware setup, and deployment
Person Specification
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • An overall interest in the communications industry
  • A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
Training and Development

During this advanced apprenticeship, you will learn a vast range of knowledge, skills, and behaviors, covering topics such as:

You will undertake the Professional Apprenticeships Information Communications Technician Level 3 qualification, which is an Ofsted Outstanding rated training provider.
