About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at The Forward Trust. As a key member of our substance misuse directorate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth administration of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the senior management team, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, regional managers, and external partners.
  • Project Support: Assist with the coordination and implementation of strategic projects, including research, data analysis, and report writing.
  • Financial Management: Contribute to the directorate's monthly finance management meeting and process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Administrative Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
