Job Opportunity at a Prestigious Golf Club

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade of a renowned golf club in the Ashford area. This is an excellent chance to work in a high-performing kitchen that serves exceptional food in a busy restaurant, as well as afternoon teas and functions.

The Role

  • Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen and ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Oversee and manage your designated section, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve exceptional culinary results
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
