Chef Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced chef to join our team at Blue Arrow. As a chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Sous and Head Chef with all kitchen duties, including food preparation and presentation. Your role will involve working closely with the culinary team to ensure the highest quality of food is produced at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the Sous and Head Chef with daily kitchen duties and tasks
* Prepare and present food to the highest standard
* Coordinate daily tasks with the Sous Chef
* Supervise junior chefs or commis
* Estimate daily production needs and check the quality of raw and cooked food products

Requirements:

* Level 2 Food Hygiene certification
* Previous experience as a chef in a busy kitchen environment
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
