About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Administrator to join our team at Haven. As a key member of our Maintenance Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and prioritize work requests to ensure efficient allocation of resources
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
  • Administer the maintenance process, including stock and asset management, to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Communicate effectively with internal customers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Manage the maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach to maintenance

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a maintenance or facilities administration role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other maintenance management systems
