Key Responsibilities

As a Communications Associate, your duties will encompass:

  • Developing and executing customer communications to align with corporate goals and strategies.
  • Collaborating closely with departments such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support to gather insights and information for customer outreach.
  • Creating, revising, and proofreading customer-facing materials, ensuring precision, consistency, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.
  • Overseeing communication timelines and schedules to guarantee the prompt delivery of messages and campaigns.
  • Tracking customer feedback and engagement metrics to assess the success of communications and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in customer communications.
  • Supporting crisis communication initiatives as needed, including drafting statements and addressing customer inquiries during critical situations.

A degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, English, or a related discipline is preferred.

Experience in customer communications, marketing communications, or a similar position is advantageous.
