Position: CRM Strategy Executive

Key Responsibilities:
As a CRM Strategy Executive, you will collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing Lead to implement the company's sales and marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing and refining CRM operations (Active Campaign) to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Driving expansion through digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and remarketing.
  • Improving the website for optimal user experience and conversion efficiency.
  • Supervising potential new website management projects.
  • Providing weekly reports on digital marketing performance against established KPIs and objectives.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A results-driven approach with demonstrated experience in digital marketing, particularly in SEO, CRM, and email marketing.
  • Creativity and the ability to identify target demographics and develop compelling marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, website development, and analytical tools.
  • A strong analytical mindset, driven by data.
  • Current knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and project management across diverse sectors.

We are looking for someone with strong project management capabilities and a passion for digital marketing and industry advancements.
