About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Support Workers, providing daily support to adults with learning disabilities in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication administration
  • Encourage and enable individuals to access activities and experiences in their local community
  • Assist with managing finances and ensuring individuals' needs are met in terms of health and positive outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with the service team to provide person-centered support

Requirements:

  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures
