Public Health Opportunity - Smoking Cessation Practitioner

Tonic Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our specialist team as a Smoking Cessation Practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity to make a life-changing difference to individuals and families across the UK.

About the Role

As a Smoking Cessation Practitioner, you will be working directly with a wide range of people, ideally experienced in a caring setting, to support them on their journey to stopping smoking and enjoying better health. You will be part of a team that offers innovative, effective solutions across many areas of public health, addressing health inequalities within the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals and families in their journey to stop smoking and improve their health
  • Work with other healthcare professionals to embed services into all areas of healthcare
  • Manage relationships with vulnerable groups, including those recovering from addictions, young parents, and individuals from areas of deprivation
  • Participate in the development of personalized training plans to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the growth and development of Tonic Healthcare's specialist team

Requirements
