About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Project Lead to join our team at ABL Health Ltd. As a key member of our project team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our health services in Stockport.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Lead in the day-to-day running of the project, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Provide close support to the Project Lead, including coordinating staff, managing project deliverables, and tracking outcomes.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including risk assessments and data analysis, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead on specific areas of the project, including curriculum development, session planning, and client contact calls.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Project Lead to develop and deliver training to target audiences, including staff and clients.
  • Contribute to clinical governance procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree and/or significant professional experience in health, social care, nutrition, or fitness.
  • Experience working in a relevant health or social care environment, including leading or supporting other staff.
  • Knowledge of integrated working practices, smoking cessation, and weight management evidence-based practice and treatment interventions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, prioritize work tasks, and develop effective work streams.
  • Understanding of behavior change concepts and ability to implement these.
  • Skills/knowledge to utilize computer software, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
