Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team at HR GO Recruitment. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Cleckheaton branch, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with our team members and clients.

About the Role:

  • Manage and coordinate office activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and procedures to improve productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the Director to set and achieve business objectives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely financial information is available to stakeholders
