Job Opportunity: IFA Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join our team at RecruitME. As an IFA Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our financial advisors, ensuring that all work is carried out in a fully compliant manner, in line with FCA regulations and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to financial advisers within the office
  • Ensure all work is carried out in a fully compliant nature, in line with FCA regulations and requirements
  • Assist with tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of FCA regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
