We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker for a teenager with complex needs, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support in a family home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to a young client with complex health needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Support the client's physical and emotional well-being, including managing behavioral difficulties
  • Work collaboratively with the client's family and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
