Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead our graduate recruitment project. The successful candidate will design and implement a graduate recruitment scheme, conduct market research, develop marketing campaigns, and oversee the selection and assessment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a graduate recruitment program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and future talent needs.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to provide insights on talent availability, graduate employment trends, and competitor benchmarking.
- Develop and execute graduate attraction strategies, including digital marketing campaigns and social media engagement.
- Plan and manage graduate recruitment events, such as career fairs and assessment centers.
- Oversee the entire talent sourcing process, including job postings, candidate outreach, and campus recruitment.
- Implement a robust candidate selection process, including psychometric testing and interviews.
- Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding and induction programs for new graduate hires.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment project management.
