About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Careers Advisor to join our team at Aspire Recruitment. As a Careers Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing and delivering impartial advice and guidance to learners and job seekers across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality referrals through networking and building strong relationships with learners, employers, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain regular contact with learners throughout their journey, tracking their post-programme destinations and offering further learning opportunities when required.
  • Support learners both personally and professionally, inspiring them through impartial careers education, information, advice, and guidance.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve shared goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum Level 4 IAG qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven track record in inspiring learners through impartial careers education, information, advice, and guidance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing demands.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
