Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and initiative-taking Employment Specialist to join our team at Aspire Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting unemployed customers with mental health and additional barriers to work in achieving employment and those currently off sick to return to the workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized employment plans to support customers in achieving their employment goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to customers in overcoming barriers to work, including mental health and additional challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of employment services.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews with customers to monitor their employment progress and provide ongoing support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employment support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in employment support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of local employment markets and job opportunities.
